Calfeed is an AI-powered calendar tool that turns a written schedule into a live, shareable calendar you can subscribe to from any calendar app.
You can paste plain text such as a coach's message or a class timetable, drop in a public events page URL, or upload a CSV, image, PDF or existing calendar file. Calfeed reads the input and builds the calendar, and no account is needed to try it.
Each calendar gets one stable link that can be added once to Apple, Google, Outlook, Microsoft 365 or Yahoo calendars. When you change a time in the Calfeed dashboard, the update flows through to everyone who has added the calendar, with no re-import or new link required.
Key features include a public calendar page with your own logo and colour, a paste-anywhere iframe embed that resizes to fit your website, and feed merging that combines up to ten calendar feeds into one combined link. Merged feeds refresh hourly, each source can be labelled, and you can add rules per source, such as keeping practices and dropping games.
The site also offers free tools, including a CSV to iCal converter, a plain-English RRULE generator and validator, and a schedule conflict checker that spots overlapping events, gaps and bad dates.
Pricing: every calendar is free for its first two weeks. After that, one credit (US$5) covers the full schedule or a new calendar. Credit packs range from 1 credit for US$5 to 200 credits for US$249. Editing is free for seven days after creating a calendar, and one credit adds seven more days of editing. The share URL is permanent.
Calfeed is suited to coaches, teachers, PTAs, clubs, congregations, camp organisers, shift managers and families who need to share one schedule with a group.
