Loqui is an AI voice dictation app for Mac and Windows that turns your speech into clean, ready-to-send text. You hold a key, talk the way you normally talk, and the text appears at your cursor in whatever app you are using.
It works in any app you can type in, with no plugin or copy and paste, including Gmail, Slack, Notion, WhatsApp, Teams, Figma, Linear, Outlook, Discord, VS Code, Cursor, Obsidian, Jira and more.
Loqui edits while you speak. It drops filler words, understands when you correct yourself mid-sentence, and formats amounts, dates and lists without you saying punctuation. It also adjusts the tone to where the text is going, such as relaxed in chat, careful in email and direct in documents.
Key features include a personal dictionary that learns names, acronyms and jargon, more than 90 languages with automatic detection, Spectros that translate, summarise or turn a dictation into an email, saved text snippets you can call up by voice, and a hands-free mode.
It can also record meetings with separate tracks for each voice and produce minutes that separate decisions, actions, risks, dependencies and open questions, with the audio clip behind each item. It can flag when a meeting contradicts an earlier decision and suggest the next agenda.
Every dictation is saved with its audio and can be searched, and you can redo a result in another tone without speaking again. History and the dictionary are kept on your device.
Pricing: a free plan includes dictation within a weekly quota and one hour of meetings. Pro costs US$8 a month (or US$80 a year) for dictation with no weekly quota and 3 hours of meetings a month, and Pro + Meetings costs US$16 a month (or US$160 a year) with 30 hours of meetings a month and speaker separation.
