Sim is an open-source AI workspace where companies build, deploy and manage AI agents. It brings agent workflows, company knowledge, shared data and run logs together in one platform.
Workflows connect AI models and tools into agents using blocks such as agent prompts, functions and error handling. Agents can be triggered by API calls, webhooks or schedules, for tasks like support ticket routing, lead enrichment and knowledge base syncing.
The Knowledge Base gives agents a shared source of context from uploaded documents such as PDFs and Word files, with passages retrieved as agents run. Files and Tables hold shared data, and Logs trace every agent run block by block, including failures, cost and run time.
Key features include 270+ integrations, access to every major LLM provider, chat with Sim, the Sim Mailer inbox, knowledge base live sync, sandboxes and Slack Connect. The project is on GitHub and can be self-hosted.
It integrates with tools such as Slack, GitHub, Gmail, Notion, Salesforce, Jira, Linear, Supabase and Stripe, and offers a CLI, an API and MCP support for developers.
For larger organisations, enterprise controls cover permission groups, member roles, spend limits, access control, SSO, SOC2 compliance and self-hosted enterprise features with dedicated support.
Pricing: the Free plan is $0 with 1,000 one-time credits, one workspace and 5 GB of storage. Pro is $25 per user per month and Max is $100 per user per month with more credits, unlimited workspaces, higher rate limits and more storage. Enterprise pricing is custom, and annual billing saves 15 percent.
