AgentValley is a free, open source Mac app that shows every Claude Code agent you are running in your MacBook's notch, so you can see at a glance which agents are working and which ones need you.
It is built only for Claude Code on Mac. Each session gets its own card and each sub-agent gets a row underneath it, showing the task, the model it is using and its latest step. Sessions from every terminal appear in one list, grouped by project, with worktrees counted as part of their project.
When an agent asks a question or waits for permission, a red count appears beside the notch. You can open the panel to read the question or command and jump straight to the right app, with Terminal and iTerm2 opening the exact tab. With an optional plugin you install yourself, you can answer Claude Code from the notch with Allow once or Deny.
Key features include per-agent rows with a small pixel programmer character, sound alerts where each character plays a few notes and says what it needs, and a quiet-agent warning instead of guessed progress bars. Sounds can be switched to a plain chime or turned off in Settings.
A History view shows what each project cost at API prices by day, week or month, and the data is kept on your Mac even after Claude Code clears its old files. You can export a month as a PDF statement of work for yourself, your team or a client.
AgentValley also adds faces to Claude Code's status line in the terminal, showing the model, your plan and your usage limits. It has been used in Terminal, iTerm2, Ghostty and Cursor.
Pricing: AgentValley is free and open source. It can be downloaded from the website or installed with Homebrew, and needs macOS 15 or later on a MacBook with a notch.
It is suited to developers who run several Claude Code sessions and sub-agents at once and want to keep track of them without switching between terminal windows.
