Figlet is an AI relationship coach built by Figs O'Sullivan, a licensed marriage and family therapist, and trained on his clinical work using Emotionally Focused Therapy.
The site says Figlet draws on 17 years of one therapist's practice, around two million words of clinical material and more than 58,000 relationship assessments. It is available at any hour, including right after a fight or before a hard conversation.
A free 12-question quiz assigns you a creature that represents how you love, either Relentless (anxious) or Reluctant (avoidant). You then get a free coaching session with Figlet and a Self-Discovery Report by email. Partners can take the quiz too, and when both linked partners finish it a Relationship System Report is produced.
Key features include one-on-one coaching that remembers your patterns and your partner, daily three-minute check-ins, a couples mode for live coaching with both partners, and Ask Figs, which answers questions in his voice with references to his frameworks. There is also a separate life coaching product covering areas such as self, body, family, work, money and belonging.
Figlet also has a weekday podcast and can be used inside other AI assistants through MCP.
Pricing: the first coaching messages are free with no credit card. Back Pocket costs $19.95 a month or $147 a year for 40 messages a month, In Your Hand costs $57 a month or $197 a year for 250 messages a month plus a 16-video conflict course, and Team Us starts at $34 a month and covers both partners. Top-up message packs are also available.
The site states that Figlet is not therapy, not medical advice and not a crisis tool, and it points users to 988 if safety becomes an issue. Conversations are encrypted and are not used to train models.
It is suited to couples and individuals who want practical relationship coaching between or instead of therapy sessions.
