FlexQ is an AI-powered real-time interview copilot for Mac and Windows that listens to a live job interview and shows suggested answers on screen as soon as a question is asked.
You add your resume and the job description, and FlexQ builds an interview brief so every suggested answer is grounded in your real background and the role you are applying for. There is no prompt writing and no need to switch to a separate chatbot during the call.
During the interview, FlexQ shows a quiet on-screen whisper with a suggested answer. If an answer is not landing, one tap can make it simpler, add more detail, try a different angle or turn the question back on the interviewer.
When the call ends, FlexQ produces a recap with a summary, key points and follow-ups so you can review it before the next round.
The overlay window uses the macOS content-protection flag to keep it out of screen shares and recordings, and the site lists screen-share privacy controls. Audio is transcribed by cloud services.
FlexQ also offers voice mock interviews built from your resume and the job description, with the AI interviewer asking, listening and probing weak spots, followed by a scored report.
It works on calls in Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, and supports English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese, with Russian and more than 30 other languages also supported. A Windows build is available as an early release.
Pricing: a free plan includes 1 live hour and 3 mock interviews with no card required. The Monthly plan is US$49 per month for 12 live hours, the Job Hunt Pass is a one-off US$99 for 25 live hours over 90 days, and a US$25 top-up adds 8 live hours.
It is suited to job seekers, software engineers and other professionals preparing for interviews who want help recalling their own experience under pressure.
