Jack & Jill is an AI recruiting platform that puts an AI agent on each side of the job market: Jack helps people find their next role, and Jill helps companies find the right candidates.
Jack is the AI agent for careers. After a conversation about what a candidate actually wants, Jack scans millions of jobs a day looking for roles that fit, rather than relying only on keyword matches. The site says candidates see suitable opportunities within ten minutes of their first conversation.
When there is mutual fit, Jack and Jill introduce the candidate directly to the company, skipping the standard application stage.
Jack also helps candidates prepare once an introduction is made, with mock interviews that score answer quality, career clarity guidance, salary negotiation support and career coaching.
Jill is the AI agent for hiring. It works for hiring teams to surface and introduce relevant candidates, and handles contractor hiring as well as permanent roles.
Pricing: Jack is free for candidates. Companies pay a success fee of 10 percent of first-year salary only when Jill makes a hire, or 10 percent of total compensation over 12 months for contractors. There are no subscriptions, retainers or upfront fees, and companies get a full refund if a hire leaves or is dismissed within the first three months.
