mergro is an AI voice agent for real estate that phones every new inquiry, qualifies the buyer, books a viewing and logs the call in your CRM. The site says new leads from portals, websites and ads get a first call in under 60 seconds, day or night.
The agent asks your qualifying questions and offers viewing times from your agents' available slots. Each call gets an AI summary, and details such as budget, timeline, area, bedrooms, financing and intent are extracted as structured fields, along with timestamped transcripts and recordings.
Follow-up runs across phone, WhatsApp, email, SMS and website chat in one conversation thread, timed to the lead's time zone and preferred hours. It can also run outbound campaigns on dormant lead lists and past inquiries to re-qualify them and book viewings.
Dashboards show speed to lead by lead and source, plus calls placed, qualified and booked over time by agent. Conversations are supported in more than 15 languages, and local phone numbers are included.
It integrates with CRMs including Follow Up Boss, Lofty, CINC, Real Geeks, HighLevel, BoldTrail, HubSpot, BoomTown, Sierra, Zoho and Wise Agent, and works with lead sources such as Zillow, Rightmove and Bayut. Calls, notes, tags and next steps sync back to the CRM.
Pricing: plans are based on leads per month, from 199 US dollars for up to 50 leads to 2,499 US dollars for up to 5,000 leads, with custom quotes above that. Every plan includes all features, there are no seats or setup fees, and you can cancel any month. There is no free trial, but a browser demo call is available.
It is suited to real estate agents, teams and brokerages that handle inbound buyer leads and want faster response times, including after hours.
