Rocalyn Edge is an AI answering service for real estate agents that picks up calls with a customised virtual assistant that has its own name, voice and persona.
It answers every inbound call 24/7 as the agent's practice, including during dinner or a showing, so listing leads are not lost to missed calls.
The assistant answers listing questions from the brokerage's MLS feed, captures the caller's name, intent and callback details, offers to book showings and syncs them to the agent's calendar, then sends a structured summary.
Walkthrough Intelligence lets the assistant learn listings from walkthrough videos the agent already films, and the platform also offers live AI-guided tours. Calls that need a human are escalated to the agent.
Fair housing guardrails are built into each conversation, and the assistant states that it is AI on every call. Agents can review, edit or disable any fact before callers hear it, and leads flow into their CRM.
On privacy, the site states that it keeps no call recordings or verbatim transcripts, does not train on caller conversations, does not sell personal information and stores customer data in the US. Data can be exported as CSV.
