OLVA is an AI-powered meeting assistant that gives live help during Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls, as well as in-person conversations, without joining the meeting as a bot.
It captures audio from your own device, so it stays off the meeting roster. A live transcript keeps pace with each speaker and detects the language as the conversation moves between languages, with support for 60 spoken languages.
OLVA automatically spots questions as they are asked and brings them forward, so you do not have to stop, search or type mid-call. A live Q&A chat lets you ask about the meeting while it is still running, using the active transcript and any context you have added.
Key features include real-time insights such as fact checks and jargon definitions, suggestions for what to say next and follow-up questions, meeting-so-far recaps, a live AI coach, optional live translation and a dual-language conversation mode that translates both sides and can read responses aloud.
After a meeting it produces notes and summaries, detailed minutes with action items, decisions, next steps and risks, automatic sticky notes, and Q&A across past meetings. It can also turn a completed meeting into an editable PowerPoint deck that can be imported into Google Slides.
A reusable context manager lets you attach notes and files to meetings and organise them in folders. OLVA offers a calendar-aware workflow and integrations with Slack and Google Drive. It runs on desktop, plus iOS and Android apps for in-person use, and Pro and Ultra plans add an incognito mode that hides the window from supported screen-sharing capture.
