TheySaid is an AI-powered user testing platform that lets product teams put designs and builds in front of real customers or synthetic testers trained on their customer data.
It runs inside the tools teams already use, including Claude, v0, Replit, Cursor and Lovable, so feedback can be gathered without leaving the canvas. When a ticket reaches a stage such as Design Done, a validation test can run automatically and attach the evidence to the ticket.
Testers review a design or product in a recorded session, and every hesitation and complaint is transcribed, timestamped and clipped. TheySaid then shows what broke and supplies a prompt you can paste into Claude or your editor to fix it.
Key features include human audiences (your own customers, recruited testers or third-party panels), synthetic audiences built from a model trained on more than 100,000 hours of usability sessions and tuned to your call recordings, surveys, support tickets and CRM data, and an expert AI reviewer that checks the experience against your spec.
The platform also offers AI surveys, interviews, forms and polls, voice conversations, conditional logic, templates, highlight reels, an Ask AI assistant, an AI test moderator, AI analytics and support for more than 70 languages.
Enterprise plans add SSO and SAML, custom API webhooks and CRM integrations with HubSpot, Zendesk and Workday.
Pricing: a Free plan at $0 per month includes 5 AI user tests and 50 AI surveys a month with no credit card required. The Enterprise plan is custom priced and billed annually.
