Voice AI Portal is a white-label voice AI dashboard for agencies that build AI agents on ElevenLabs, Retell AI and Vapi. It gives each client a branded portal showing what their AI agents handled, and lets the agency bill clients for the minutes and chats they use.
Agencies connect each client's platform once by pasting an API key. Calls, web chats and SMS from ElevenLabs, Retell AI and Vapi, plus WhatsApp for ElevenLabs agents, then appear in one portal on the agency's own subdomain, with its logo, colours, login page and sign-in emails.
Clients can see every inbound and outbound call and chat in a searchable list with filters for channel, sentiment and date. Each conversation includes the recording, transcript, summary and outcome, and recordings can be played or downloaded.
Key features include call analytics covering volume, sentiment, after-hours answers and busiest hours, plus a Staff time handled figure that turns resolved conversations into hours of front-desk work, with an optional money estimate per client. Outbound campaign reporting covers uses such as appointment reminders, lead qualification and payment collections.
Client billing is included on every plan. Agencies can sell monthly minute and chat plans or packs, track usage across all agents, warn clients when minutes run low, bill overflow or stop new calls at the limit. Payments go into the agency's own Stripe account or via bank transfer with reminders, and no extra fee is added.
Setup is guided and needs no code, and a View as client mode shows exactly what each client will see. Clients sign in with one-time email codes, and the portal works on phone screens.
Pricing: a 14-day free trial with no card needed, then Starter at US$29 per month (up to 3 clients), Professional at US$69 per month (up to 10 clients) and Agency at US$149 per month (up to 50 clients), with yearly discounts and an Enterprise option for larger agencies. Usage is paid directly to the voice provider.
It is suited to AI automation agencies and solo builders who resell voice and chat agents to businesses such as clinics and trades and want branded reporting and usage billing.
