Rytr suits professionals who mainly write emails and follow-ups and want help keeping track of clients, because it now pairs a writing assistant with a relationship manager that reads Gmail, Outlook, Slack and your calendar. Easy-Peasy.AI suits people who want writing plus images, video, voiceovers, transcription and chatbots in one account. Both have a free plan: Rytr's gives 10,000 characters a month, and Easy-Peasy.AI's gives 1,000 words plus small trial amounts of its other tools.

Rytr is best known as an AI writing tool, but its homepage now describes it first as an "AI relationship manager". It says Rytr "remembers every client, conversation, and commitment across Gmail, Outlook, Slack, your calendar, and meeting notes". The product is split into two parts that share the same memory: Engage and Create.
Engage is the relationship side. Rytr lists morning and evening briefs (in the app or by text), meeting preparation that shows what changed and what you promised, tracked follow-ups and commitments, a "relationship memory" of what matters to each person, and a source-backed "Ask Rytr" feature. Follow-up drafts wait for your approval; the site repeats that nothing goes out without you approving it. Listed integrations are Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Granola and text messaging.
Create is the writing assistant that Rytr started as. The homepage lists 40 use cases "from emails to ads", your own voice or one of 22 tones, and 38 languages, with up to three drafts at once. It can rewrite, improve, shorten, expand or continue text you have already written.
Where you can use it. There is a web app and a phone app, and the browser extension works inside Gmail, Slack and LinkedIn, plus "any text box" for writing help. Rytr can also text your morning and evening brief through iMessage or SMS, and you can reply to that text to approve a follow-up. The site says email delivery for briefs is "coming soon".
Rytr's pricing page lists four plans. The prices below are the monthly prices on that page; it says yearly billing saves 20% and is billed annually. The page shows the figures in dollars without naming the currency, so check the final amount at checkout.
Rytr's FAQ says you can change plans at any time, and if you cancel you keep access until the end of your billing period.

Easy-Peasy.AI calls itself an all-in-one AI platform: "One AI platform. Every task." Its homepage lists images, videos, websites, slide decks, voices, research, notes, music, blog posts, apps, workflows and AI agents. It says it gives access to 40+ AI models and 300+ templates and tools, and names model providers including Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, ElevenLabs, Runway, Kling, Flux and others.
Writing. The writing side covers content templates ("one-click generators for any writing task"), Brand Voice ("AI that writes the way your brand sounds") and chat with AI models through the Marky agent. Paid plans list 35+ languages. Plans count words by model: the pricing page says Claude Opus words are counted at half the rate of Sonnet, GPT-5 or Gemini Pro words, and some smaller models are unlimited.
Images, video and audio. This is where Easy-Peasy.AI differs most from Rytr. It lists an AI image generator, headshots, photo studio, interior design and an image upscaler; a video agent, AI video generator, talking videos, motion control and a video editor; and text-to-speech, a voice changer, transcription, AI dubbing, a music generator and sound effects. Image and video work uses monthly credits.
Agents and bots. The Marky agent can build a website, research the web, analyse files or create slides. You can also build custom AI bots trained on your own data, with listed chatbot options for WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Shopify, WordPress and other channels, plus an AI receptionist and AI workflows that chain models together.
Where you can use it. Easy-Peasy.AI runs in the browser and lists a mobile app, an API, an MCP server and a Zapier integration. Its site says it does not train AI models on your prompts or files, and that paid plans include full commercial rights to what you make.
The pricing page we saved shows prices with yearly billing selected. Each plan shows a per-month figure, a crossed-out yearly price and a lower yearly price. The billing toggle says "-50%" while the FAQ says the annual discount is 40%, so treat the yearly figures as discounted rates that may change. The monthly-billing prices sit behind a "View monthly billing" link and were not on the page we saved, so we have left them blank rather than guess. The page shows dollar figures without naming the currency.
Easy-Peasy.AI offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, and its FAQ says you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings. It also says there are no hidden fees.

We used nothing else, and we left out anything the sites didn't state. We have not included ratings or user numbers. Prices and plan limits change often, and Easy-Peasy.AI's yearly prices were shown as discounted, so check both pricing pages before you buy.
