FounderMail is an email service for founders and their AI agents that puts real mailboxes on domains you already run on Cloudflare, without per-seat pricing or forwarding to Gmail.
You, your team and your AI agents work from the same inbox, and agents get their own access rather than using your password.
Setup takes three steps: sign up, connect your Cloudflare account and domains, then assign inboxes to as many people or agents as you like. A small proxy sits in your Cloudflare account, so Cloudflare sends and receives mail on your account while FounderMail runs the mailbox.
Key features include an all-inboxes view of every mailbox you hold, threads labelled by the address they came to, keyboard-first navigation, shared inboxes such as hello, sales and support, and support for every domain on each connected Cloudflare account.
For agents, FounderMail offers a REST API, OAuth and two MCP servers, one for mail and one for the control plane. Agents can be given a seat on any inbox, with reading and sending as separate scopes so read-only access really is read-only. An llms.txt file describes the product for AI agents.
Mail leaves from your domain with your own DKIM, SPF and DMARC records, so your sending reputation is built on your own records. Mailboxes can be exported as mbox files at any time.
Pricing: a 14-day free trial with no card required, then the Founder plan at 20 US dollars a month for 20 GB of mail or the Team plan at 200 US dollars a month for 200 GB. Both include unlimited people, agents, mailboxes, addresses and domains.
