Pipp is a shared team inbox for small teams that handles customer email, with Pipp AI built in and the option to connect your own AI agent to work alongside you.
It gives your team one shared email inbox for customer messages. You can see who is viewing and who is replying, assign conversations and leave internal notes for each other.
Pipp AI, currently in beta, translates customer email so each teammate reads and replies in their own language while the customer receives the reply in theirs, with the original one click away. It also drafts replies in the style you set and keeps a short summary at the top of each conversation.
You can bring your own agent through MCP, including Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and Grok Bot. Pipp can wake the agent when you @mention it in a note, or when a customer writes if you turn that on, and the agent leaves notes and drafts under its own name with the access you approve.
Other features include a command palette, single-key shortcuts, a 10-second window to take back a reply sent too soon, and an app available in 30 languages. You can receive and draft emails straight away, and reply to customers once you verify your own sending domain.
Pricing: the core inbox is free forever and connecting your own agent is free. Pipp AI is free during the beta and will be priced afterwards. Agent runs count against your own Claude, ChatGPT or Grok plan.
It is suited to small teams and businesses that want a simple shared support inbox, multilingual customer email and AI help without paying for a large help desk.
