Quest is an AI-powered personal advisor app from New Quest AI Inc. that gets to know its user first and then helps them find, start and achieve their personal goals, which it calls quests.
Rather than waiting for instructions, Quest asks the user to connect their life and spends 20 to 30 minutes digesting that information. It then presents a reveal covering what it knows about the user, their strengths and weaknesses, their professional and celebrity personas, and their short- and long-term life goals.
Key features include a Memory made up of more than 100 wiki-style files about the user that updates every day, and a Relationship Map that charts the people in their life.
Quest also builds customisable mini-apps around each quest, such as a quiz for practising a language, a bank of social media post ideas, or travel suggestions based on saved places and taste.
It has its own always-on phone and can use messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok on the user's behalf. It can also brief and manage other AI assistants, sharing only what they need to know.
Quest is designed to be proactive, reacting to more than just email, and it learns from the user's feedback and its own mistakes over time.
