Wink AI is an AI-powered real-time sales assistant, made by Ambi Labs, that listens to live customer calls and suggests relevant products to agents while the customer is still talking.
It transcribes both sides of the call and uses past purchases, customer context and live catalogue stock to surface products, including upsell and cross-sell openings the agent did not ask about, such as matching earrings for a pendant bought a few days earlier.
Key features include Ask Wink, which lets agents type questions mid-call and get answers with products they can sell, live transcription tuned for phone audio and regional accents in 30 languages, and whole-catalogue search with category filters and stock checks without leaving the call.
After each call, Wink provides a transcript and summary for review and operational context. Wink Audit AI scores every call against your own QA rubric.
Privacy controls include pausing when the phone system pauses call recording, redacting payment card details from live and stored transcripts, single sign-on, and access limited to admin-invited users.
It integrates with Five9, runs in the browser alongside your dialler, and offers Wink Companion for Windows to send call audio from other softphones. A NICE CXone integration is in progress, and API documentation is available. Most teams go live within four weeks after connecting their catalogue, customer records and phone system.
