AI Agent Cost & Tools Hub is a free calculator that estimates the monthly LLM token cost of a chatbot, RAG app or AI agent across 79 models. It includes an AI assistant called Find my setup that helps beginners fill in the calculator.
You pick a workload preset such as chatbot, RAG Q&A, coding agent, research agent or batch summarisation, or type in your own input and output tokens per step, steps per task, tasks per day and cached input percentage. Results are sorted by monthly cost, and you can click a row to make it the baseline and see the difference per month.
Find my setup lets you describe what you want to build in plain words. The assistant asks two or three short questions, then picks a preset and token numbers and explains why. The site states it runs on Llama 3.1 8B on Cloudflare Workers AI, prices never come from the AI, and it is limited to 10 sessions per day.
Prices are list prices per million tokens taken from the public OpenRouter models list and checked daily, with corrections from official provider pricing pages where they differ. The methodology page explains the formula and what is not included, such as taxes, tool fees and hidden reasoning tokens.
Key features include shareable result links, CSV export, an LLM pricing table, model-versus-model comparisons, a price-changes log, beginner guides on prompt caching and cutting token costs, and a directory of AI agent frameworks, observability and hosting tools.
It also offers a free MCP server so Claude, Cursor and other AI agents can check costs themselves with no sign-up or API key, plus a free weekly newsletter on LLM pricing changes.
