Glasshand is a service that gives AI agents real iPhones and Macs to work on. You connect Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or any other agent through its API, and the agent can rent a dedicated device with a single prompt.
The hardware is hosted in Glasshand's data centre. Through a dedicated controller, your agent sees the screen and taps, types and clicks, just as a person would when using the device.
Common uses include running social media accounts (posting on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, replying to comments and DMs, finding leads and following up), building native apps in Xcode on a hosted Mac, and testing sign-in and checkout flows on a real Mac or iPhone.
Agents can also work with your own accounts. You can sign in to iCloud and other apps so the agent can use your calendars, contacts, messages and files to complete everyday admin tasks.
Key features include installing real apps such as Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp from the App Store, adding an eSIM plan with SMS to an iPhone for verification texts and iMessage, and locking the device with a password you choose.
Each device is used only by you and is not shared with other customers. It starts factory-reset, and when you release it Glasshand erases your data and resets it.
Pricing: an iPhone costs $60 a month and a Mac costs $90 a month (US dollars, plus applicable taxes). Devices are billed month to month and can be cancelled at any time, staying available until the end of the current billing period.
It is suited to developers and teams building AI agents that need to use real Apple devices, test iOS and macOS apps, or handle mobile-only tasks.
