ampm is an AI software factory that puts Claude Code or Codex to work across a whole software backlog, running the engineering process around the coding agent and ending every piece of work as a reviewed pull request.
It uses the Claude Code or Codex subscription you already pay for, so there are no API keys and no second bill for tokens. When one account hits its usage limit, work moves to a backup account without losing progress.
You file work in plain words, the way you would tell a colleague. A refiner turns the request into acceptance criteria, a planner writes the plan, a builder implements it in an isolated sandbox, tests run and a reviewer pushes back until it stops finding issues.
Key features include a kanban board with Ideating, Planning, Building and Shipping lanes, an inbox of everything blocked on you, and an activity view showing which agents are working, on what, and what each run cost.
Nothing merges unless you want it to. Plans, questions and merges wait for your approval with the plan, diff, pull request and full transcript attached, and you choose which decisions to hand off.
Every task runs in its own sandbox and worktree, with no path to your credentials and no way to push anywhere but a branch. Work can run on your laptop, a server you own or a cloud machine, and retries sit beside earlier runs rather than overwriting them.
A single workspace can span several repositories, including ones agents only read for context, so a change that touches more than one repo is tracked as one piece of work.
