Haystack is an AI-powered job search platform for professionals that matches job seekers to live roles and uses an AI agent to apply on their behalf.
Job seekers upload a resume and Haystack builds a profile in under two minutes, covering skills, level, salary expectations and preferred ways of working.
The platform then matches each person to live roles and shows why each role is a fit, with match ratings such as excellent or good.
With Auto Apply switched on, Haystack's AI agent tailors the resume to each role, fills in the employer's application form and sends the application, working day and night.
Replies and interview invites arrive in a Haystack inbox, where an interview can be accepted in one click, and an application tracker shows progress from matched to applied to interview.
Profiles stay private until the job seeker chooses to share them, and matched employers can view skills, save profiles and send messages.
Roles cover marketing, sales, finance, operations, HR, legal, engineering and technology, with remote, hybrid and on-site options. The site reports more than 576,000 job seekers and over 29 million jobs matched.
Employers can also use Haystack as a hiring platform, posting roles, viewing applicants and booking hands-on hiring support, with ATS integrations and SSO on the Enterprise plan.
Pricing: Haystack is free to get started for job seekers, and the Auto Apply agent is part of Haystack Pro, which can be tried for 7 days. For employers, the first role can be posted free for 7 days, with $349 giving access to all applicants for 30 days, a pay-per-hire Flex option and custom Enterprise pricing.
