JustScribe AI is an AI-powered meeting transcription tool that records meetings and consultations, labels who said what and lists the decisions made and next steps agreed.
You can record in the app, upload audio or video in MP3, MP4, WAV or M4A format, or send a notetaker to Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet. The notetaker joins as a visible participant, posts a notice in the meeting chat and delivers the transcript and summary when the meeting ends.
Every transcript is timestamped with speaker labels. Paid plans add summaries with decisions and next steps, chapters that split long meetings by topic, live transcription, custom vocabulary for names and terms, and redaction of email addresses, phone numbers and other personal details.
Records can be downloaded as text on any plan, or as Word and PDF files on Pro and above, and meetings are searchable.
Recordings are encrypted in transit and at rest, and the site states a zero-training policy, so recordings and transcripts are not used to train AI models. It is built with GDPR, PDPA and CCPA in mind.
Pricing: a 14-day trial of the Business plan needs no credit card, then the Free plan gives 60 minutes a month. Pro is US$19 a month, Business is US$49 a month, and Legal is US$119 a month. Hour packs start at US$29 for 10 hours, and yearly billing gives two months free.
