Obscurify.ai is an anonymous AI chat service that acts as a privacy layer between users and AI models, letting people chat with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and more than 200 other models without revealing who they are.
The service states that it does not store conversations and that model providers never see the user's identity. Guests can chat free with Llama 3.3 70B with no account, email or cookies, and an account is only a random account number.
Key features include Local Mode, which runs open-source GGUF models entirely in the browser so prompts stay on the device, a Tor onion site for chatting without exposing an IP address, web search and model cards.
An OpenAI-compatible API works on every plan for any account with a balance, and new accounts receive 1 USD of starter credit. There is also an Android app.
Payments use blind vouchers bought with Monero, Bitcoin, Lightning or card, so the service cannot link a payment to an account.
Pricing: free guest chat (up to 30 messages an hour), Pay As You Go from a prepaid balance, Casual at 20 USD per month with frontier models and 15 USD of included usage, and Pro at 45 USD per month with uncensored models, top queue priority and 35 USD of included usage.
Affiliates can earn a recurring share of referred spend, and the service publishes a warrant canary, privacy policy and guides on using its Local and Tor modes.
It is suited to privacy-conscious users, journalists, researchers and developers who want access to many AI models without accounts, tracking or stored chat logs.
