PulseDev is an AI-powered visual feedback tool for coding agents. You click any element on your site running on localhost, say what is wrong, and Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI or OpenCode edits the real source file.
It removes the need to describe UI bugs in text prompts, paste screenshots or copy selectors. When you select an element, PulseDev attaches its selector, styles, page and viewport so the agent can find the right file first time.
The workflow has three steps. Turn on Inspect and click the element (Shift-click selects more than one), write the change in plain words next to it, then review the diff on the page. Approve writes it to your files, Reject rolls it back, or you can reply to iterate. Nothing is written until you approve, unless you turn on auto-apply.
The widget streams the agent's activity beside your page, so you can stop it mid-run, steer it with a reply, or let it finish. A task board keeps a history of what changed and why.
PulseDev is a macOS desktop app. Each project gets its own local server, port and agent, and you can run several local servers at once. It works with Vue, React and plain HTML sites, added with a script tag or a Vite plugin that provides source mapping where supported.
Everything runs on your own machine. There is no cloud account, tasks, messages and diffs are stored in a local SQLite file, and it uses the coding agent and plan you already pay for, so no extra tokens are charged by PulseDev.
Pricing: the Free plan covers one project with one agent and unlimited agent runs. Pro is $12 per month at the launch price (rising to $18 per month from 3 November 2026) for unlimited projects and every supported agent, with a 5-day free trial. A Founder Lifetime licence is $149 once for the first 200 buyers.
It is suited to web developers and designers who build sites with AI coding agents and want a faster way to fix spacing, styles, copy and other UI details before shipping.
