TellPip is an AI-powered call assistant for Mac that listens to your calls, reminds you what you promised each client and suggests what to say, drawing on your own documents.
It runs from your computer rather than joining the meeting as a bot, so it works with whichever app you use, including Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Slack, WhatsApp, Discord, Telegram, Signal and Jitsi Meet.
Transcription is done on your computer by a local model, even offline, and sessions, notes and client memory stay on your machine. For each answer, the AI receives only the text it needs, such as the question, the mode instructions, useful context and, if you choose, a screenshot. It is built in Europe with GDPR in mind.
Key features include answers during the call at the press of a key, client memory that tracks people, commitments and open points across calls, and notes with decisions, action items and a follow-up email ready moments after the call ends.
You can ask questions of your past calls, such as what a client promised on delivery times, and TellPip finds the answer and the call it came from. It recognises 25 European languages, even when speakers switch mid-call.
It offers nine ready-made modes for different kinds of calls, from law firms to recruiting, each with its own instructions, documents and note template, or you can create your own. Add-ons include invisibility, so the widget does not appear in screen sharing or recordings, and real-time answers that appear as soon as you are asked a question.
It can draw on price lists, contracts and slides, and connects to Notion, Google Drive, OneDrive and SharePoint. The Enterprise plan adds a company knowledge base, unlimited documents, seat management and priority support.
Pricing: a free trial of 5 sessions of up to 10 minutes with everything included and no card required. Paid options include a Solo plan, an Everything plan at a launch price of 39 euros per month (59 euros after the promo), a one-off 5-hour pack, and Enterprise pricing per person. A Windows version is not yet available.
It is suited to consultants, salespeople, accountants, lawyers, financial advisers and anyone who has calls with clients and wants help recalling commitments and answers during the conversation.
