TranslateBuff is an AI-powered translation browser extension that translates webpages where you read them and gives access to more than 20 AI models in one place.
It works in Chrome, Edge and Firefox. Supported models and engines include GPT, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek, Qwen, Kimi, Doubao, MiniMax, DeepL, Google and Microsoft, and you can switch models at any time.
Full webpages can be read in bilingual mode, with the original and translated text side by side, or in translation-only mode, while the original layout stays intact. Whole-page context is used to handle industry terms, names and ambiguous wording consistently.
Key features include highlight-to-translate for selected text in a pop-up, translate-as-you-type inside any text box by pressing the space bar three times, and bilingual YouTube subtitles with AI sentence segmentation, currently in beta.
A translation hub lets you paste text and compare how different models handle wording, tone and context side by side before choosing a version.
Pricing: the Free plan includes unlimited webpage translation with Google and Microsoft, bilingual reading and selected text translation. Pro plans the AI models and model comparison, priced at US$51.90 a year for 2M AI tokens a month, US$13.90 every two months for 2.5M tokens a month, or US$60 for three years with 1.5M tokens a month.
It is suited to readers, researchers, students and professionals who read foreign-language websites and want to compare translations from several AI models.
