Willow is an AI-powered voice dictation app that turns natural speech into formatted text in any app where you can type.
You place your cursor in a text field in apps such as Slack, Gmail, Cursor, Notion or iMessage, hold your hotkey and speak, and the formatted text appears where your cursor is when you let go.
Willow Scribe lets you describe what you want to say in rough form and turns it into polished writing in your own voice. It can be used for messages, emails, documents and prompting AI tools.
Key features include smart formatting that removes filler words and fixes punctuation, style-matching that adapts to your tone over time, an auto-learning dictionary for names and product terms, saved shortcuts for common phrases, dictation in more than 100 languages, a whisper mode for noisy settings and an offline mode that runs on your device.
The company says Willow is three times more accurate than built-in dictation, with text appearing in as little as 200 milliseconds.
It is available on Mac, Windows and iPhone. Willow is SOC 2 Type II certified and HIPAA compliant, with zero data retention and end-to-end encryption.
Pricing: the Basic plan is free with a lighter speech model and 20 Scribe uses per week. Pro costs $15 per user per month ($12 billed annually), Business costs $35 per month ($28 billed annually) and Enterprise is custom priced.
