Churnproof is an AI invoice chasing service for Australian businesses. It gives you a dedicated AI employee that follows up overdue invoices by text and email until you are paid, and keeps you updated by SMS.
It connects to Xero, picks up your overdue invoices and spots payments as they land. There is no app or login needed day to day, as you manage your employee entirely by text message.
The AI employee reads customer replies such as part payments, promises to pay, disputes or questions about who is contacting them, and answers accordingly. It logs promised dates, checks whether the money arrived and follows up if it did not.
Key features include message approval before sending or fully automatic sending, pausing any customer with one text, a weekly summary, and on-demand questions such as who owes you the most. Messages go out on business days between 8am and 7pm, never more than once every three days.
Setup takes about two minutes: connect Xero, name your employee and choose a friendly, professional or firm tone, then add your mobile. Paid plans include a dedicated Australian mobile number for the employee.
Bookkeepers, accountants and agencies can manage several client accounts from one login, each with its own AI employee, number, email and Xero connection.
Pricing: the Free plan is $0 for one invoice a month by email only. Starter is $19 a month for 10 invoices and 50 SMS, Growth is $49 a month for 50 invoices and 250 SMS, and Scale is $99 a month for 200 invoices and 1,000 SMS. Prices exclude GST, there are no contracts, and SMS top-ups are available.
