Eqvesta is an AI-powered personal back office that keeps track of a person's accounts and tells them which financial and tax deadlines apply to them.
It is aimed at people whose finances have become scattered, such as those who have left a job, hold stock options, picked up freelance work or kept an old 401(k).
Users answer a few questions about their tax residency and situation, add what they own and owe using rough estimate ranges, and then see a personal deadline calendar. Setup takes about five minutes.
Key features include a single dashboard of accounts with an estimated net worth, a breakdown by asset type and liquidity, and a calendar of deadlines such as early-exercise elections, quarterly estimated tax payments and federal tax returns. Each deadline comes with a short to-do list, and where paperwork is needed Eqvesta drafts it for the user to check.
Eqvesta uses AI agents to check the relevant rule, work out the date and write the next steps, and it says dates are calculated by rules rather than guessed. Answers cite their sources, such as the tax code or official forms.
On privacy, Eqvesta removes names and personal details before anything reaches the AI, does not ask for bank logins and cannot move money. It never files or signs anything for the user, and the user and their CPA make the decisions. It does not give tax or financial advice.
Pricing: Eqvesta offers a 3-day free trial with no credit card required. Paid plan prices are not listed on the site.
It is suited to employees with equity, freelancers with quarterly tax dates and anyone managing several old accounts across different apps.
