Coding Wrapped is an open source Agent Skill that turns your local Claude Code and Codex history into a pixel-art story about how you work with AI coding agents. It is designed to show your habits and suggest practical next steps, in the style of a yearly Wrapped summary.
The tool works in three steps. It scans the standard Claude Code and Codex session folders on your machine, wraps safe aggregates into a coding overview and four distinct insights, and then opens a private localhost dashboard where you can explore, refresh facts or export intentionally.
The overview describes your working style, such as steering by short corrections, and shows patterns like prompt length, long runs and calibration, along with how many sessions came from each agent.
Key features include a useful tips section that matches your patterns against a practice library drawn from official guidance, practitioner playbooks and expert conversations, then suggests one lightweight move for your next session. It is available in English and Chinese.
Privacy is central to the design. Everything runs locally, and raw conversations, source code, project names, local paths and secrets stay out of the website. No cloud account is required.
It installs with one command using npx skills add, and the same skill works on both Claude Code and Codex. The code is published on GitHub under the MIT licence.
