JACVault is an AI-powered application builder for people applying for jobs in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You paste in a job ad and it builds a CV and cover letter for that role from your profile in under five minutes, in German or English.
It is aimed at internationals who need to follow German application conventions, such as the photo, structure and tone that local recruiters expect. JACVault handles these conventions for you, and a second AI model checks the result before you send it.
You set up your profile once by uploading your existing CV or bringing in your LinkedIn profile with the Chrome extension. Only facts in your profile are used, and if something is missing JACVault asks rather than making it up. After your first application you can answer a few questions about your voice so later applications sound like you.
Key features include a CV with a profile summary, a cover letter to the German DIN 5008 standard, a fit score for each role, seven checks on every cover letter and a reason given for every change it makes.
Documents are delivered as PDFs with no watermark in one of 18 layouts built for the German job market. The layouts are measured with three commercial ATS parsers so applicant tracking systems can read them cleanly, and you can switch layout in one click.
The same profile carries through the rest of the process, with a job application tracker, interview preparation and an interview simulation that gives feedback.
Application data is stored on servers in Germany and AI processing stays within the EU. The site states it is GDPR-compliant and that data is not sold, shared for advertising or used to train public AI models.
Pricing: your first application is free and complete, with every feature and no credit card required. You choose a paid plan only if you need more applications.
It is suited to international job seekers, expats and graduates applying for roles in the German-speaking job market who want ATS-friendly documents in the local format.
