Sumly is a revenue and visitor analytics tool for makers and small teams that brings payments, traffic and sales from every app and website into one dashboard, with an AI assistant you can question in plain words.
It reads payments from 22 payment providers, including Stripe, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, Polar, Creem, RevenueCat, the App Store, Google Play, PayPal, Shopify, Gumroad and WooCommerce, and adds them up after fees and refunds per project and across all projects.
A single line of script on your site counts visitors and where they came from, then ties each sale to the visit that brought the buyer, so you can see revenue by traffic source such as Google, Reddit, newsletters or ChatGPT. No IP addresses are kept.
Key features include MRR and customer metrics, a live visitor globe, funnels and journeys, retention, marks that explain jumps in revenue using Search Console data and mentions on Reddit, Hacker News and other sites, and cost and ROI tracking for ads, sponsors and creators.
The Ask feature answers questions about your numbers inside Sumly or from ChatGPT and Claude over MCP. It reads your data but changes nothing.
Sumly also links web visits to app installs and in-app purchases through RevenueCat, prepares a monthly zip and PDF package for your accountant, and supports teams with role-based access across several businesses. An Android app is available with an iPhone app coming.
It integrates with 28 services and offers imports from DataFast, Plausible and OpenPanel. Payment keys are read-only where possible and encrypted at rest with AES-256.
Pricing: every paid plan has a 14-day free trial with no card required and there is no free plan. Starter is USD 9 per month and Growth is USD 19 per month, with discounts for yearly billing.
It is suited to indie makers, app developers and small studios running several apps or sites who want revenue and traffic analytics in one place.
