ML.ai is an AI coding agent that takes on whole development tasks, from reproducing a bug to opening a pull request, and is billed per seat rather than by tokens.
You hand it an issue and it reproduces the bug, edits the code, runs your tests and opens a pull request for your review. Nothing merges until you approve it.
It works autonomously and in parallel. You can launch many jobs at once across projects, and each agent works in its own sandbox and reports back with a diff you can review.
Each step is routed to the model that fits it, so you set the effort level and the outcome rather than choosing a model vendor. Changes are checked with steps such as type checks, linting, unit tests and dependency and secret scans.
There is no visible token count, credit balance or mid-task stop. Your plan sets how many jobs run in parallel, with fair-use rules in place.
ML.ai is available as a desktop app for macOS, in your editor such as VS Code, and in the terminal, all linked to one account. Higher plans add scheduled routines and a GitHub app. Enterprise features include SOC 2, ISO 27001, audit logs, per-session VMs, SSO, SCIM and private networking.
Pricing: Infinite costs USD 10 a month with 2 parallel jobs, Infinite Pro costs USD 20 a month with 6 parallel jobs and the highest-effort models, and Infinite Max costs USD 40 a month with 20 parallel jobs and priority queueing. Team and Enterprise options are also offered.
It is suited to solo builders, professional developers and engineering teams who want an agent to fix bugs, write tests and run migrations without managing token budgets.
