Spiik is an AI-powered voice recorder and transcription app for iPhone, iPad and Mac that turns meetings, lectures and conversations into written transcripts and notes.
You press record and Spiik transcribes the audio, labels who said what and when, and produces structured notes you can use straight away. Live transcription shows your words as you speak, and once you stop, the full recording is run through a higher-quality transcriber.
Recording keeps going when the phone is locked, with the timer shown in the Dynamic Island and pause or stop controls available from the Lock Screen. You can tap any line of a transcript to hear it again, follow along word by word and find recordings later with search and folders.
An AI chat feature answers questions from your transcript, so you can check a detail without listening to the whole recording again. The same recording can also be turned into a summary, structured notes, bullet points, highlights, an FAQ, a paraphrase, or a formal or casual rewrite.
For students, Spiik can build flashcards, a quiz and a mind map from a recorded lecture, giving a study set based on what was actually said in class.
You can import audio and video from Files or Photos, paste a YouTube link or open a PDF, and share recordings in from Voice Memos and WhatsApp. Transcription and translation are available in more than 100 languages.
With Spiik Pro, iCloud sync keeps recordings available across iPhone, iPad and Mac. Transcripts can be exported as text, PDF, SRT or VTT, and the audio can be shared.
